The infamously right-wing noise-machine site Slate debunks the allegation that under Palin’s iron-fisted woman-hating rule, rape victims were charged for rape kits. Turns out the Police Chief did want to bill for rape kits- he wanted to bill the INSURANCE COMPANY of the victim, should the victim be insured.
