Dutch premier Balkenende may be the most right wing neo conservative leaders in Europe. His quick backing of Bush’s war against Iraq and dozens of other lapdog acts may have pleased Bush and Cheney, but now The Netherlands is being shut out of Obama’s circle of nations friendly to US policies.
