Bob Inglis (R-S.C.) and Arthur Laffer had an op-ed claiming that a revenue-neutral “tax shift” would make conservatives “the new administration’s best allies on climate change.” Color me skeptical. Ducks’ Parros hosts ‘Cut for the Kids’

Ducks right wing George Parros completed practice Monday at Honda Center and turned his attention to the next order of business — a haircut. Parros’ haircut, however, isn’t like most others. The team’s resident enforcer, the 6-foot-5, 231-pound Parros was scheduled to be at the ESPN Zone at Downtown Disney in Anaheim from 3:30-6:30 p.m. to donate his hair to the Childhood Leukemia Foundation as part of the second annual George Parros Cut for the Kids.
